General Refund Terms

We offer digital products and services such as logo design, website development, and e-commerce setup. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are granted under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund will be issued only if the service has not been started within 5 business days of your order. For partially completed services, partial refunds may be offered based on work already delivered. For subscription-based or maintenance services, refunds are not available after the initial delivery unless agreed in writing.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed to the original payment gateway (e.g., card or PayPal) used for the purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Chargebacks & Abuse

Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to all services. We reserve the right to deny future orders from customers who abuse our refund policy.
